AAN RESOURCE LIBRARY
A growing collection of knowledge, research and practical resources supporting algae science, innovation, education and sustainable development across Africa.
The Algae Africa Network is building a resource centre that will bring together knowledge contributed by researchers, educators, entrepreneurs, institutions and partners across Africa and beyond. Our aim is to make useful algae knowledge easier to discover, share and apply in African contexts. As the network grows, this library will expand with publications, educational materials, technical resources, case studies and other contributions from the AAN community.
The following areas will form part of the AAN resource collection as materials become available.
Research, papers and publications from AAN members and collaborators will be featured here as the network grows.
Practical guides, technical reports, manuals and best-practice resources will be shared here.
Resources supporting discussion around algae, the blue bioeconomy, sustainability and African development.
Learning materials for students, educators and professionals will be added as the AAN education programme develops.
Recordings, presentations and expert discussions will be featured here as AAN begins hosting knowledge-sharing events.
Resources highlighting algae innovation, entrepreneurship, products and emerging opportunities will be developed as the network grows.
The AAN Education Hub and Resource Library will gradually develop learning materials covering areas such as algae biology, microalgae, seaweed cultivation, biotechnology, applications and the circular bioeconomy. These resources will be developed and shared as materials become available.
Visit Education HubThese are some of the areas where AAN will develop and share knowledge, opportunities and practical information.
